Project description:
To support the existing high-pressure natural gas pipeline DN 300 DP 62,8, Gasnetz Steiermark GmbH is constructing a high-pressure natural gas pipeline DN 800 DP 70 from Semmering to Bruck/Mur-Oberaich.
Two gas pressure control and measuring stations have been built for flow measurement and pressure control. These are the stations A1 in Steinhaus and A5 in Oberaich.

Service description:
Station of A5 in Oberaich consists of the following system components with the following design data:

• Filter system 1-track with bypass DN 300 DP 70
• Inlet pipe into the building DN 300 DP 70
• Measuring system 2- track DN 300 DP 70
• Pre-heating 1-track DN 300 DP 70
• Safety device 1-track DN 250 DP 70
• Pressure control 1-track DN 300 DP 70
• Odourisation system 2x each 100%
• Outlet pipe DN 300 DP 70

DT: -29 to +60°C
Qn: 200.000 Nm³/h

This station complies with ÖVGW Directive G 73/1 “Gas pressure control Part 1: Safety directives for the construction, testing and operation of gas pressure control systems with an input pressure of > 5 bar to = 100 bar” and is based on DVGW Directive G491 “Gas pressure control systems for input pressures up to 100 bar inclusive; Planning, production, erection, testing, commissioning and operation”.
