Since the beginning of 2011, Bohlen & Doyen Bauunternehmung GmbH has belonged to the group parent company SAG GmbH of Langen. Taken together, the two companies have more than 150 years of experience as service-providers and partners to energy supply companies. With their future nearly 7,500 employees in over 125 locations, the group has a nationwide network of locations in Germany. The existing know-how complements itself perfectly, and will mean that a wider and even better range of services can be offered to customers.

The merger offers many possibilities for both companies to develop new markets and take advantage of the strengths of the other partner. Bohlen & Doyen will thereby continue the cooperation with its customers with its good reputation as an independent company within the SAG group.
